Mayra Aldana is 24 year old and will represent El Salvador in Miss Universe 2011. Alejandra Ochoa suffers from rhinosinusitis. She will undergo a surgery soon, which prevents her from participating in Miss Universe 2011 in Brazil this September.

Alejandra Ochoa, Miss El Salvador 2011 will be replaced to compete in Miss Universe 2011, Mayra Aldana will be the first finalist of the contest who will take the place of Alejandra Ochoa in the contest to be held in Brazil in September.

Alejandar Ochoa, will undergo a surgery that will prevent him from participating this September 12 the most important contest in the world. Alejandra suffering from rhinosinusitis, the disease is an inflammation caused by a virus that does not heal properly, can go on to become a serious bacterial box.

Señorita Panamá or Miss Panamá is the common name or sash used to identify a Panamanian representative in an international pageant. Panama selects representatives to different contests including Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International and Miss Earth. The first national pageant was Miss Panamá held from 1982 to 1987. In 1982, Señorita Panamá was created as an alternative to send its winners to the Miss World contest in London. These pageants, along with smaller pageants such as Miss International Panamá and Miss World Panamá were or are celebrated to select delegates for international representations.
After 28 years, the Señorita Panamá pageant, organized by Medcom Corporation, was discontinued. A new organization took over in 2011 with the official name of the contest being "Miss Panama" (not to be confused with Señorita Panamá or Bellezas Panamá).

Miss Venezuela 2011, the 59th Miss Venezuela pageant, will be held at Estudio 1 in Venevisión, Caracas, in October 15, 2011.
The show will be broadcasted live from Venevision and it will be watched simultaneously from Colombia, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru , and it will be hosted by Daniela Kosan and Leonardo Villalobos. Vanessa Goncalves, Miss Venezuela 2010 will crown her successor.
