Making the most of the beautiful weather, Halle Berry spent the day at the beach in Malibu yesterday afternoon (September 16).

Sporting a blue bikini top and daisy dukes cutoff shorts, the “Swordfish” babe looked amazing as she strolled around the sand with friends and a few canine companions.

And despite the fact that she’s locked in a bitter custody battle with her daughter Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry, Halle seemed carefree and relaxed as she showed off her fabulous form.

Earlier in the weekend, Ms. Berry was spotted enjoying a romantic lunch with her fiancé Olivier Martinez at a local Malibu eatery.
