Road to Miss Universe 2011:
Miss Brazil Universe 2011 will be held on July 23rd, 2011 instead of July 16th as scheduled earlier. Miss Brazil 2010 Debora Lyra will pass the crown to her successor at the end of the event. The winner will represent the host country in Miss Universe 2011 pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, September 12th. Rede Bandeirantes is responsible of bringing the Miss Universe contest to Brazil, for the first time in the pageant’s 60-year history.
