Relishing in the southern hemisphere’s summer season, Taylor Swift was spotted out on the beach in Perth, Australia last week (March 1).
The “Should’ve Said No” songstress splashed in the ocean while wearing a super cute striped bikini with black sunglasses.
Joined by a few friends, Taylor took full advantage of her downtime from the current leg of her massively-selling Speak Now world tour.
Miss Swifty’s current single “Ours” is kicking butt on the country charts this week, having landed at the #5 spot.
Enjoy the pictures of Taylor Swift showing off her bikini body at Cottesloe Beach in Perth, Australia (March 1).
The western Perth suburb of Cottesloe Beach is one of the few beaches in Western Australia with ocean side cafes and pubs. The distinctive avenues of Norfolk Island pines, the colonial style splendour of the Indiana Tea House and the Spanish-style Cottesloe Civic Centre with its magnificent gardens all add to the culture of 'Cottes'. Generations of Western Australians have spent summer days and evenings diving into the Indian Ocean from the distinctive floating bell in the ocean at Cottesloe Beach. Fishermen line the Cottesloe Groyne and surfies and board riders line the Indian Ocean either side of the Cottesloe Groyne. The wide grassy Cottesloe Esplanade offers shady spots for family picnics and concerts are held there. Could there be a more perfect venue for a Beach Boys concert than Cottesloe Beach? Cottesloe Beach was the venue of choice for many West Australians to celebrate the new millennium. Families and friend picnicked as the sun set over the Indian Ocean for the last time in the 20th century; boats sailed along the beach and the Western Australian Symphony Orchestra serenaded the new millennium from the sands.
Perth has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. One of the best beaches, only a 20 minute train ride from the city is Cottesloe Beach. It is unspoiled, with fine white sand and very clear waters. There are a few cafés, restaurants, fish and chip shops. The coffee phenomenon has taken off in Perth and Beaches is great café with a range of food and coffees on marine parade facing the ocean. If you have a car, drive along the coast heading north and check out City Beach, Scarborough beach and further north is Lancelin for some off road driving on the beach and very clear water and good surf.
